Position: SE Health Nurse for School Care

This full-time role at SE Health, in partnership with CHEO, allows Registered Practical Nurses (RPN) to focus on child-centered care. You will be responsible for developing and implementing care plans while offering educational opportunities and support. Ideal for nurses with children, this position includes summers off and emphasizes a collaborative, low-case-load environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and evaluate evidence-based care plans for children

• Act as a primary provider, leading care and collaboration

• Transition clients between services by liaising with community support

Requirements:

• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills essential

• Current CPR and valid driver's license required

• Experience in both teamwork and independent settings

• Demonstrated commitment to quality improvement processes
