Be part of a dedicated health team in East Ottawa as a full-time Nurse Practitioner. This position centers on enhancing community well-being through effective, compassionate primary care services.
At the East Ottawa Community Family Health Team, you will leverage your nursing education and experience to deliver care. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will utilize clinical judgment to assess patients' health issues while adhering to professional standards. Collaboration with the health team ensures patients receive comprehensive care tailored to their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform health assessments and primary care services
• Maintain patient records using electronic medical systems
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
• Deliver health promotion education to community members
• Ensure adherence to college practice standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in nursing
• Nurse Practitioner certification in Primary Health Care
• At least 2 years in a clinical practice
• Effective communication in both French and English
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
