As a Registered Practical Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse, you will work in home and community settings during evening hours from 15:00 to 23:00. This position offers you the chance to apply your nursing skills to truly enhance the lives of clients while working in a fulfilling role that values your expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver comprehensive nursing care in patients’ homes
• Evaluate and document the effectiveness of care plans
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families
• Adhere to health and safety protocols in daily tasks
• Assist with patient independence and dignity
Requirements:
• Current RPN or LPN registration required
• At least 2 years of relevant nursing experience
• Exceptional written and verbal English skills
• Reliable transportation and driver's license
• Criminal background check with vulnerable sector screening
