Bayshore Health Care is hiring Registered Practical Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses for evening shifts. This role involves providing comprehensive and individualized nursing care in clients' homes. Your work will include thorough assessments, documentation, and fostering emotional and physical health through supportive interactions with clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personalized nursing care tailored to client needs
• Complete assessments and document care accurately
• Support clients' emotional and physical well-being
• Cultivate trusting relationships with patients and families
• Collaborate with health teams and communicate care plans
Requirements:
• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
• Valid RPN or LPN registration in good standing
• 2+ years nursing experience in community preferred
• CPR certification and valid driver's license required
• Clear criminal background check and TB screening
