Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality client-centered nursing care at home
• Conduct comprehensive assessments for care planning
• Collaborate with healthcare team members effectively
• Uphold infection prevention and control measures
• Participate in the on-call nursing rotation
Requirements:
• RN or RPN in good standing with CNO
• Proof of Covid-19 vaccination required
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle needed
• Current CPR certification
• Step 2 TB Test completed in last 2 years
