Extendicare is seeking full-time Registered Practical Nurses to deliver patient-centered care in Renfrew, Arnprior, Pembroke, and Deep River. In this role, you will collaborate with RNs to provide nursing services tailored to individual needs. Enjoy every other weekend off while developing complex clinical skills and participating in a comprehensive training program.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct scheduled community visits for patient care
• Deliver ethical and safe nursing services
• Assess patients using appropriate tools and techniques
• Monitor and adjust care plans as needed
• Maintain accurate professional patient records
Requirements:
• Nursing degree for CNO licensure
• Registration with CNO as an RPN in good standing
• Clear Vulnerable Sector Screen and Negative TB Test
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
• Experience in community care is an asset
