Age Care is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse to deliver professional nursing services in our vibrant communities. Working alongside Registered Nurses, you will implement care plans, evaluate resident needs, and guide Personal Support Workers.

Your role ensures that all residents receive high-quality support and health monitoring in compliance with nursing standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver nursing care according to professional standards

• Collaborate with the health care team and physicians

• Guide Personal Support Workers in resident care

• Participate in shift reports for effective communication

• Implement policies and procedures effectively

Requirements:

• Current Certificate of Competence from College of Nurses

• Knowledge in geriatric and long-term care nursing

• Familiarity with relevant health care regulations

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Membership in good standing with College of Nurses
