Position: Full Time Float Pool RPN at Headwaters
Provide exceptional nursing care as a Full Time Registered Practical Nurse in the Float Pool at Headwaters Health Care Centre. Engage in quality, patient-centered nursing across departments.

As a Registered Practical Nurse, you will be accountable for delivering nursing care to patients with predictable outcomes. This full-time role emphasizes working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary health team under the standards of HHCC and the College of Nurses of Ontario. Your expertise will greatly contribute to the quality of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement patient care plans effectively

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

• Start and manage IVs as needed

• Adapt to various departments and patient needs

• Uphold nursing philosophy and regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Active Registered Practical Nurse certification

• BCLS and ACLS certifications required

• Clinical experience in a medical/surgical setting preferred

• Completion of necessary courses for unit specific care

• Proven record of acceptable performance and attendance
