ÉSFCEO Nurse Practitioner Position

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather comprehensive patient health data for assessments

• Provide autonomous care within your NP practice scope

• Collaborate with team members to optimize patient outcomes

• Engage in education and health promotion activities

• Document patient information accurately using electronic records

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in nursing

• Nurse Practitioner certification in Primary Health Care

• Bilingualism in English and French required

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical settings

• Valid driver’s license and vehicle access recommended
