Elevate community health in Ottawa as an Evening Nurse with Bayshore Health Care. Deliver high-quality nursing care to clients in their homes during flexible evening shifts.
Bayshore Health Care is looking for dedicated Registered Practical Nurses/Licensed Practical Nurses to provide exceptional care from 15:00 to 23:00. You will have the opportunity to cultivate meaningful relationships with patients while ensuring they receive the best nursing services tailored to their individual needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide compassionate care and support to patients
• Assess patient needs and develop care plans
• Maintain accurate documentation of nursing activities
• Build rapport with clients and their families
• Uphold safety and quality standards in practice
Requirements:
• Graduate from a recognized nursing school required
• Must have valid RPN or LPN registration
• Minimum two years of nursing experience preferred
• Strong English communication skills, French is a plus
• Background check required before employment
