Part-Time Nurse Practitioner

This part-time role, working 17.5 hours per week, is an integral part of the Integrated Health Services team at Centretown CHC. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will partner with a diverse team to provide comprehensive health care services, emphasizing disease prevention and health promotion for various populations. The position requires participation in same-day access clinics and the possibility of cross-training across clinics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide disease prevention and chronic disease management

• Conduct clinical assessments with strong problem-solving skills

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in nursing required

• Minimum two years of Nurse Practitioner experience

• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Expertise in mental health and addiction issues

• Bilingual communication skills in English and French
