Access Healthcare Services is seeking a full-time Nursing Program Manager in Ottawa to lead nursing service delivery and quality assurance initiatives. This position supports hybrid work and focuses on client-centered care.
As the Nursing Services Program Manager, you will ensure superior care coordination and operational performance across the Champlain region.
Your role emphasizes clinical expertise and leadership, driving team performance while ensuring compliance with health regulations.
You'll work with the Director of Operations to promote an effective and safe service environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure optimal nursing care and client satisfaction
• Collaborate on training and education for nursing teams
• Monitor operational performance metrics
• Enforce compliance with policies and standards
• Handle escalation concerns with professionalism
Requirements:
• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with CNO registration
• Minimum of 5 years in community home care experience
• Preferred 3 years in a management role
• Bilingualism in French and English preferred
• Valid Driver’s license and eligible to work in Canada
