Position: Full-Time Advanced Practice Nurse Role

This role seeks an experienced nurse with a Master's degree, offering at least five years of expertise in mental health and addictions. As an Advanced Practice Nurse, you will model excellence, mentor colleagues, and steer evidence-backed initiatives in the nursing department. Key Responsibilities:

• Establish ethical nursing practice and lead committees

• Foster continuous learning and self-awareness

• Develop education programs for staff and families

• Analyze evidence and evaluate clinical improvements

• Serve as a consultation expert for quality management

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in nursing is essential

• A minimum of 5 years in nursing, mental health focus

• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario required

• Bilingual in English and French is an asset
