Key Responsibilities:

• Foster companionship and engagement for clients

• Advocate for clients’ health needs

• Monitor changes in clients’ health conditions

• Administer medications and perform vital assessments

• Deliver thorough nursing care aligned with care plans

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid license with CNO

• Experience in community home care is preferred

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• RPNs with Dementia Care education are ideal

• Passion for quality client care
