Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee ICU and step-down care for transplant patients

• Lead patient assessments and care coordination

• Collaborate on daily multidisciplinary rounds

• Manage admissions and critical care consultations

Requirements:

• Valid NP or PA license necessary

• Background in critical care or transplant services
