The Ottawa Hospital, one of Canada's largest multi-campus hospitals, seeks a Registered Nurse with a strong background in Neonatal Intensive Care. This role includes 12-hour shifts, both days and nights, and involves working collaboratively with a diverse healthcare team. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a sound knowledge of the nursing process and a professional attitude toward patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver specialized nursing care in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
• Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team
• Participate actively in patient teaching and evaluation processes
• Maintain professional standards and ongoing education
• Provide compassionate care to all patients
Requirements:
• Certificate of registration from the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Three months of recent NICU experience
• Three months of ventilator experience
• A degree in nursing preferred
• Proficiency in English and French oral communication
