Lead essential healthcare services as a Home Support Supervisor with Bayshore Health Care. Engage with clients, manage staff, and ensure quality care in a community-focused environment.
Bayshore Health Care is seeking a dedicated RPN/LPN to take on the Home Support Supervisor role. You will supervise paraprofessional employees while implementing quality management practices and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards. The position focuses on client care, employee mentorship, and continuous improvement of healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead continuous quality improvement initiatives
• Ensure holistic assessments for all clients
• Develop client-centered, goal-oriented care plans
• Supervise and support paraprofessional staff
• Address concerns and escalate issues as necessary
Requirements:
• RPN/LPN with registration in provincial regulatory body
• Minimum five years of relevant supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of community nursing practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and virtual meetings
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
