Lead wellness efforts at Aspira Rockland Manor as an Assistant Director of Wellness. This full-time role focuses on enhancing resident care and team collaboration to promote an exceptional living environment.

In this permanent full-time position, you will partner closely with the Director of Wellness to uphold standards of practice. Your tasks include managing resident assessments, service plans, and staffing adjustments, ensuring the highest quality of care. Candidates should have a strong background in geriatrics or retirement living to fulfill this pivotal role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on resident care assessments and service plans

• Oversee staffing levels based on occupancy and service needs

• Manage Continence Care Program through assessments and orders

• Supervise medication administration and training

• Build relationships with hospital staff for outreach initiatives

Requirements:

• Registered Practical Nurse in Ontario

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in geriatrics or rehabilitation

• Bilingual in English and French preferred

• Strong leadership and supervisory skills

• Proficient in Electronic Health Records and Microsoft Office
