Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and organize resident care alongside the Director of Care

• Conduct thorough health assessments and document observations

• Supervise medication administration and adherence to protocols

• Deliver and document nursing reports at each shift change

• Assist with personal care and monitor emotional well-being

Requirements:

• Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Current CPR and First Aid Certifications

• Two years experience in a senior care setting

• Effective supervisory and emergency management skills

• Strong adaptability to changing environments
