Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and evaluate nursing care for individual patients and families
• Implement effective care plans according to established nursing standards
• Provide educational support to patients and families for wellness
• Maintain competence and develop quality nursing practices
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for holistic care
Requirements:
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Minimum two years of pediatric nursing experience
• Current CPR certification
• Proven ability to deliver family-centered care
• Successful vulnerable sector check
