As an on-call RPN, you will focus on compassionate nursing care that enhances resident safety and health. This role includes various shifts and requires some weekend availability. You will be part of a dedicated team committed to improving residents' daily lives at Aspira, ensuring they receive the care they deserve.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver medication in compliance with physician orders
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow up on concerns
• Encourage residents’ self-care and health education
• Perform assessments and write individualized care plans
• Train and direct unregulated care workers
Requirements:
• Current registration as a Registered Practical Nurse
• Basic Cardiac Life Support and Medication Administration certificates
• One year experience in Geriatric Nursing or Rehabilitation
• Must pass a Vulnerable Sector Check
