As the Director of Wellness at Amica Bayview Gardens, you will have a pivotal leadership role overseeing nursing, health programs, and wellness services. You will collaborate with your team to ensure compliance and excellence in service delivery, while managing holistic care plans tailored to individual resident needs. Your experience will be crucial in implementing programs that promote well-being within the community while fostering an inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee Nursing, Infection Control, and Quality Assurance
• Develop personalized care plans for residents
• Organize in-service education for the Wellness team
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for resident care
• Plan and monitor the Wellness Department budget
Requirements:
• RPN or RN certification in good standing
• 5+ years nursing experience; 3+ years in management
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations
• First Aid and CPR certification
• Proficiency in MS Office and medical record systems
