This role is for Registered Nurses with a passion for cardiac care and a commitment to excellence. You'll provide high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced environment while participating in vital education activities. Your recent experience in medical-surgical care and telemetry will directly impact patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver comprehensive care to cardiac patients
• Conduct routine patient assessments and care planning
• Engage in effective patient education initiatives
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Monitor patients' vital signs and arrhythmias
Requirements:
• Certificate from the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Recent experience in cardiac and telemetry care
• Advanced proficiency in English and French
• Availability for 12-hour shifts, including nights
• Must be eligible to work in Canada
