Key Responsibilities:
• Administer patient-focused nursing care in accordance with provincial standards
• Maintain accurate and current clinical assessments
• Direct and coach unregulated care providers effectively
• Assess and modify care plans as necessary
• Engage in ongoing communication with residents and team members
Requirements:
• Current registration as a Registered Practical Nurse
• Experience with seniors and knowledge in rehabilitation an asset
• Strong communication and critical thinking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Willingness to obtain necessary background checks
