Key Responsibilities:
• Develop Care Plans for Community Health Services
• Provide nursing services to patients in various settings

Requirements:
• Degree in Nursing (RN or RPN) required
• Current CNO registration in good standing
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Valid driver's license for travel
• Current CPR certification and TB test record
