Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and plan nursing care for neonatal patients

• Implement and evaluate individualized patient care plans

• Educate families on wellness-promoting practices

• Uphold standards of practice set by nursing authorities

• Maintain competence in a critical care environment

Requirements:

• Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing (preferred)

• Current College of Nurses of Ontario registration

• Minimum 2 years of neonatal experience

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Current CPR and NRP Certifications
