Manager of Personal Support Services

Elevate client care management as the Manager of Personal Support Services with Access Healthcare Services in Ottawa, ON. This full-time position commands a salary of $90,000 - $105,000 CAD per year and embraces a hybrid work model.

In this leadership role, you'll oversee the personal and home support program in the Champlain region. With your Nursing background (RN or RPN), you will harness your clinical skills while managing metrics that impact both client care and employee performance. You will collaborate with the Quality & Risk Manager to enhance service delivery and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure excellence in personal support care for clients

Requirements:

• RN or RPN in good standing with CNO

• Minimum 5 years in a community health setting

• At least 2 years of leadership experience
