Foxview Retirement Community, part of Riverstone Retirement Communities, is seeking a Director of Care. Candidates should have at least three years of relevant experience and be a registered nurse in Ontario. This position involves overseeing overall resident care, managing the nursing budget, and ensuring regulatory compliance while enhancing the quality of life for seniors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and evaluate quality of resident nursing care

• Develop staff performance evaluations and job routines

• Manage nursing department human resources

• Update assessments and nursing care plans regularly

• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Minimum three years’ experience in senior living

• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and software

• Bilingual in French and English preferred

• CPR and First Aid Certification required
