Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee resident care plans and assessments

• Guide nursing staff training and orientation

• Ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols

• Manage nursing department budget and resources

• Conduct quality audits and initiate staff development

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Minimum three years’ relevant experience

• Knowledge of compliance regulations and software

• Bilingualism in French and English preferred

• Valid CPR and First Aid Certification
