Riverstone Retirement Communities seeks compassionate RPNs to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and review individual health care plans
• Conduct nursing assessments and chart observations
• Supervise and administer medication to residents
• Liaise with healthcare personnel and family members
• Maintain documentation and fulfill reporting requirements
Requirements:
• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Two years of experience in geriatric care preferred
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Proven supervisory and management skills
• Strong interest in senior care
