In this pivotal position, you will report to the Director of Home & Clinical Care. Utilize your expertise in Nursing and Allied Health to set practice standards and create educational frameworks aimed at continuous improvement. Mentoring frontline staff will be essential to achieving outstanding client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide the development of clinical practice frameworks
• Implement change initiatives that enhance care quality
• Evaluate and develop training resources for staff
• Provide consultation and guidance for clinical processes
• Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance with standards
Requirements:
• BScN and active registration with College of Nurses
• Minimum three years in Adult Home and Community Care
• Experience in a leadership role is valued
• Advanced understanding of regulatory requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
