Key Responsibilities:

• Implement care plans developed for individual residents

• Observe, report, and record vital signs and symptoms

• Assist in monitoring health changes and potential referrals

• Ensure required nursing care techniques are observed

• Maintain infection control standards within the facility

Requirements:

• Valid nursing certificate from accredited institutions

• Must be registered or eligible for registration

• Previous supervisory experience is an asset

• Skills in managing cognitively impaired patients

• Strong time management and planning abilities
