Registered Nurse Position in Long-Term Care

This part-time role reports to the Director of Health and Wellness  will be responsible for direct resident care, medication administration, and ensuring all health documentation meets required standards. Collaboration with healthcare professionals is key to planning and managing resident care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and update care assessments and service plans

• Assist in scheduling and participating in care conferences

• Manage medication orders and safety protocols

• Supervise medication administration by unregulated providers

• Lead quality improvement initiatives within the nursing department

Requirements:

• Active RN registration in your province

• Experience in complex and long-term care environments

• Effective organizational and clinical skills

• Capability to work within a multidisciplinary team

• Current Vulnerable Position/Sector Screening
