Position: Compassionate Registered Practical Nurse Role
Join CARE as a compassionate Registered Practical Nurse dedicated to supporting fertility patients. Collaborate across departments to ensure patient needs are met efficiently and effectively.

This role is instrumental in providing high-quality care to patients undergoing fertility treatments. The Registered Practical Nurse will follow medication protocols established by the Medical Director, act as a communication bridge between patients and doctors, and maintain accurate inventories. Your empathy and attention to detail will greatly enhance patient experiences in this sensitive field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medication protocols to fertility patients

• Act as a liaison for patient-physician communication

• Maintain medication and medical supply records

• Schedule and assist in fertility-related procedures

• Educate patients on IVF, FET, and IUI processes

Requirements:

• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Preferred BCLS certification

• 2-3 years of relevant medical or surgical experience

• Experience in women’s healthcare settings is a plus

• Excellent multitasking and critical thinking skills
