Registered Nurse in Community Mental Health

Enhance community mental health outreach as a Registered Nurse with the Assertive Community Treatment Team. Focus on delivering care directly in clients' homes and community environments to support recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of client health

• Oversee medication administration and monitor effects

• Collaborate with team to tailor care plans

• Provide crisis intervention support as needed

• Educate clients and families about mental health

Requirements:

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse in Canada

• BScN or equivalent nursing qualifications

• Minimum two years of community or mental health experience

• CPR certification and necessary immunizations

• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
