CHEO is seeking a dedicated Pediatric Registered Nurse for its Extensive Needs Service. This role involves at least two years of experience in mental health and neurodevelopmental health, where you will support families with complex needs. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and play a pivotal part in delivering comprehensive care for vulnerable children and youth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical assessments during clinic appointments

• Perform health surveillance and triage referrals

• Coordinate case management to ensure continuity of care

• Advocate for community care access and resources

• Administer vaccinations and provide health education

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (BScN) preferred

• Minimum two years of pediatric mental health experience

• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• CPR certification and strong communication skills

• Bilingualism in French/English preferred
