• Complete thorough clinical assessments

• Direct and coach unregulated care providers

• Maintain open communication with multidisciplinary teams

Requirements:

• Registered Practical Nurse credentials in your province

• Clinical knowledge and experience working with seniors

• Organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively

• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required

• Vulnerable Sector Check within six months or obtain one
