Join Riverstone Retirement Communities, where we prioritize meaningful living for our residents. As a Part Time RPN, you'll be vital in planning and implementing high-quality resident care. This role requires a keen interest in geriatric care, strong assessment skills, and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing care plans for residents
• Perform ongoing nursing assessments and monitor well-being
• Administer medications as prescribed
• Guide and evaluate the work of PSWs and HCAs
• Chart observations and communicate with healthcare teams
Requirements:
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• CPR and First Aid Certification
• Minimum two years of experience in geriatric care
• Supervisory skills and emergency management experience
• Team-oriented approach with a focus on resident care
