At Riverstone Retirement Communities, we believe in fostering joy and dignity for our residents. As a Part Time RPN, you will engage in developing and monitoring care plans tailored to individual needs. Strong nursing skills combined with your passion for senior care will be essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and evaluate individualized health care plans
• Conduct regular assessments of residents’ health
• Administer medication under physician guidance
• Supervise and support the PSW/HCA team
• Maintain accurate documentation on resident care
Requirements:
• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• CPR and First Aid Certification required
• At least two years of nursing experience in geriatrics
• Proven supervisory and crisis management skills
• Willingness to work collaboratively with team members
