Key Responsibilities:

• Update and document residents’ care assessments

• Administer medications in compliance with policies

• Coordinate nursing care and team assignments

• Supervise and mentor unregulated care providers

• Address medical emergencies and resident feedback

Requirements:

• Valid RN registration in your province

• Experience in senior care and nursing coordination

• Proficient communication, time management, and critical thinking skills

• Clinical knowledge to guide unregulated care providers

• Up-to-date Vulnerable Position/Sector Screening
