Riverstone Retirement Communities is currently hiring a Casual Registered Practical Nurse for Bridlewood Trails. With a commitment to fostering residents' joy and dignity, the ideal candidate will hold valid certification and possess strong geriatric care experience. Responsibilities include collaborating with the Director of Care and ensuring comprehensive health care for each resident.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee development and evaluation of care plans
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of health needs
• Ensure proper medication administration
• Provide personal care support to residents
• Complete required audits and documentation
Requirements:
• Good standing with College of Nurses of Ontario
• CPR and First Aid Certification required
• At least two years of nursing experience
• Strong communication and supervisory skills
• Keen interest in senior health and welfare
