Key Responsibilities:
• Provide tailored nursing care to clients in their homes
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families
• Utilize company technology for efficient documentation
• Test and monitor patient health and well-being
• Manage care plans and support individualized needs
Requirements:
• Current RPN or LPN registration in good standing
• Graduate from an accredited nursing school
• Valid CPR certification
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Excellent communication skills in English;
French is an asset
