Key Responsibilities:
• Administer specialty medications in home or clinic settings
• Monitor, chart, and report on patient treatment outcomes

• Efficiently manage appointment scheduling and patient communications
• Strengthen relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders
Requirements:
• Active provincial license as a Registered Practical Nurse
• At least 3 years of relevant nursing experience
• Certification in ACLS and proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent communication and organizational capabilities
• Self-motivated and able to work as part of a remote team
