Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and monitor patients’ health status
• Assist in clinical procedures and medication administration
• Educate patients and families on health management
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
• Collaborate with home care and specialists
Requirements:
• Valid registration with the College of Nurses in Ontario
• Pediatric experience preferred (minimum 2 years)
• Bilingual in French and English essential
• Proficient in safe medication administration
• Completion of a Vulnerable Sector Check required
