This position is essential for the proper delivery of nursing practices and quality support to residents in long-term care. You will utilize your training to execute established nursing protocols and work collaboratively with diverse healthcare professionals to maintain excellence in care standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and document residents' vital signs and health conditions
• Develop and update personalized care plans accordingly
• Lead nursing and personal care staff in daily activities
• Implement health care procedures and physician directives
• Organize palliative and restorative care services as needed
Requirements:
• Active certificate from the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Qualification for the Registered Practical Nurses Association
• First Aid and BLS certificates required
