This role emphasizes the application of nursing processes and theory in a dynamic clinical environment. You will engage with patients and the healthcare team, providing top-quality cardiac care. Key Responsibilities:
• Administer care to cardiac patients effectively
• Assess and plan educational needs for patients
• Utilize nursing theories in clinical implementations
• Participate in department training and development
• Communicate clearly with patients and colleagues
Requirements:
• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Capability of performing BCLS as required
• At least two years in medical surgical nursing
• Experience with cardiac monitoring and ECG
• Advanced language proficiency in English and French
