As a Director of Care at Sienna, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of residents at Granite Ridge Community. This leadership position requires a keen focus on clinical excellence and compliance while fostering a positive, resident-centered environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing nursing duties, managing staff, and ensuring high-quality care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure clinical excellence through effective team collaboration

• Monitor individual care plans to meet resident needs

• Lead fall prevention and pain management programs

• Ensure regulatory compliance and participate in audits

• Promote a resident-centered care philosophy in all interactions

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Nursing Science or equivalent

• Registered with the College of Nurses

• Minimum 1 year in Long Term Care as RN

• 2-3 years in a managerial nursing role

• Compassionate approach to elderly care
