Your role will involve assessing, planning, and evaluating nursing care to ensure the best outcomes for patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and plan individualized nursing care for patients
• Implement and evaluate nursing practices and patient education
• Maintain compliance with College of Nurses standards
• Provide culturally sensitive care to all patients and families
• Stay current and competent in nursing practices
Requirements:
• Current Certification with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• CPR Certification valid
• Minimum 1 year of pediatric surgery nursing experience
• Strong communication skills in English and French preferred
• Vulnerable Sector Check completion required
