Key Responsibilities:- Supervise daily nursing department operations
- Participate in Care Conferences with residents and families
- Recruit, onboard, schedule, supervise, and evaluate clinical team members
- Apply disciplinary processes with leadership
- Assess compliance with policies, regulations, and work practices
- Experienced nurse ready for leadership responsibilities
- Knowledge of provincial and federal acts and regulations
- Understanding of Health Disciplines Act requirements
- Awareness of Human Rights Code obligations
- Knowledge of College of Nurses Standards
