You will work on the floor while developing management expertise through clinical supervision, administrative coordination, and resident-focused communication. The position suits an experienced nurse ready to guide care teams and support residents and families.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise daily nursing department operations
- Participate in Care Conferences with residents and families
- Recruit, onboard, schedule, supervise, and evaluate clinical team members
- Apply disciplinary processes with leadership
- Assess compliance with policies, regulations, and work practices
- Current Registered Practical, Registered Psychiatric, or Licensed Practical Nurse registration
- Minimum three years of relevant clinical experience
- Experience developing resident service plans
- Current knowledge of provincial regulations and legislation
- Current Vulnerable Sector Check or willingness to obtain one
